Thirty-eight years ago, Moore Capital Holdings was founded upon a vision that extended well beyond the traditional measure of investment. We believed that when we invested in a business, we assumed an equally important responsibility: to invest in its people.
That philosophy has served us extraordinarily well. More importantly, we hope it has served the many individuals, families, partners, and enterprises whose lives and futures have become intertwined with our own.
We never set out to be the biggest. We did, however, set out to be among the very best at that upon which we chose to place our name, our resources, and our conviction. The best for ourselves, certainly, but equally for those to whom we have accepted an obligation of stewardship.
Today, Moore Capital Holdings is a partner in more than 300 companies whose leadership and people strive, in their respective ways, to make a meaningful difference. We are also entrusted with 158 wholly owned companies—enterprises whose accomplishments, leadership, and people have given us tremendous reason for pride.
Yet, after thirty-eight years, we understand perhaps more clearly than ever that it has never been solely about Moore.
It is about people. It is about partnership. It is about trust. And it is about our enduring belief that success carries with it an obligation to remain accountable for the legacy we ultimately leave behind.
The story of Moore Capital Holdings belongs equally to an exceptional team, including many whose connection to this organization reaches back to its earliest days. Their loyalty, judgment, perseverance, and belief in what we could become have allowed us to move forward, generation after generation, and to continually reach beyond what once seemed possible.
Our success has also given us the privilege of sharing that success. Through the Moore Family Trust Foundation, the accomplishments of our businesses are carried beyond the walls of our companies and into communities, institutions, and lives where opportunity can create lasting and transformational change.
For every sunrise that has marked a new beginning and every sunset that has closed another day across these thirty-eight years, one principle has remained constant: our greatest investment has always been in people.
We have had the privilege of making a difference in the lives of countless employees and their families. In return, their service, loyalty, talent, and commitment have made Moore Capital Holdings what it is today.

For more than thirty-eight years, it has been the privilege of my professional life to work alongside Randal “Ran” G. Moore. During that time, I have had the rare opportunity to witness the evolution of Moore Capital Holdings from its formative years into a distinguished private family office founded upon integrity, stewardship, and an unwavering commitment to long-term vision.
Throughout these years, I have observed that Mr. Moore has never measured success by recognition or public acclaim. Rather, every important decision has been guided by a simple but enduring question: Will this create lasting value for future generations and improve the lives of others? That philosophy has shaped not only the organization, but also the culture of everyone privileged to serve within it.
Helping to shape Moore Capital Holdings alongside Mr. Moore has afforded me the opportunity to participate in transformational business initiatives while preserving the principles upon which the organization was founded. The defining characteristic of our family office has never been its investments alone, but the discipline, discretion, integrity, and long-term perspective that accompany every decision. Stewardship has always been regarded as a responsibility rather than an accomplishment.
It has been the honor of a lifetime to work beside a leader whose humility, compassion, and unwavering sense of purpose have inspired all who have had the privilege of knowing him. While many recognize extraordinary accomplishments, I have been equally privileged to witness countless acts of generosity carried out quietly, without expectation of acknowledgment or recognition. Those moments, more than any public achievement, speak to the character of the man I have been honored to serve.
As we reflect upon the many philanthropic initiatives that have transformed lives over the years, I remain continually reminded that these enduring commitments have been made possible through Mr. Moore’s extraordinary generosity, steadfast vision, and belief that meaningful change is achieved through thoughtful action rather than words.
After nearly four decades of service, I remain deeply grateful for the opportunity to have helped build an institution whose purpose extends well beyond business. Mr. Moore’s legacy will never be measured solely by financial success or organizational growth, but by the lives touched, opportunities created, hope restored, and the enduring example that principled leadership, compassion, and integrity remain among the most valuable assets any individual can leave to future generations. There is rarely in my experience, an encounter with a man such as Ran Moore man who has made such an impact, known, and respected, whose has made a transformational philanthropy a singular aspect of your life, and give.
